| As first time homebuyers, Bill walked us through the whole process in a way that made us feel comfortable and knowledgeable. He never tried to talk us into buying any particular house, and on a few occasions, he very tactfully indicated to us that it would be better to pass on a house rather than be stuck with something that would be difficult to sell or would turn into a money pit.
